The story of The Shopper Inc: MetalWorks Division

The Shopper Inc. - TSIMetalworks is a renowned American international business firm with a 30-year history of wire/metal fabrication in our own factory in China. We have earned our growth, the last 30 years, because of the following benefits to our clients.

1. It is proven that we are a reliable and dependable international manufacturer.
2. We provide engineering services and prototypes, at no cost.
3. We offer savings that are a minimum of 25% - 40% below North American domestic cost.
4. We have overcome the major barriers of reliability, communication, and quality.
5. Our factory managers are bi-lingual, and express themselves both in the Chinese and English language, as they maintain daily communication with our staff here at our world headquarters here in Simi Valley, CA.

We offer, for all our custom manufacturing, a 2-year unconditional warranty, no strings attached. At our world headquarters, we provide our clients with a national custom-service plan, with a dedicated custom service project manager, assigned to each major client and project to follow each project through its completion.

The fact that we do not advertise, nor do we have salesman, as we operate on a factory direct basis, contributes to the savings that we can pass along to all our clients.

During the last 30 years, our client base has grown to include the following.

1. Major big box retailers throughout North America.
2. Custom Point of Purchase wire/metal display racks to brand merchandising companies from 62 different industries, including food, beverage, automotive, tools, confectionary, pet products, and cosmetics.

We also act as a subcontractor, providing finished product to over 100 outstanding American based store fixture and display companies, that have outstanding sales, design, and marketing teams, however, although they portray themselves as manufacturers, they do not manufacture, and they use The Shopper, Inc./Metalworks as a subcontractor to take advantage of our 30 years experience, low-cost, and high-quality.

The end users from this group of business don’t even know that we exist.

We also act as a subcontractor, providing custom metal products to all the major woodworking factories throughout North America.
