Steel and Aluminum Stay Strong in April

The Metals Service Center Institute revealed positive April numbers for United States steel and metal services. Their investigation of steel and aluminum shipments over the course of April, shows consistent increases of metal services.

United States and Canada marked growth in steel shipments during April, while March either remained the same or with a slight decline. When compared to the steel and aluminum shipments of 2009, the year-to-date metal fabrication market shows definite momentum.
